Exercise 5 Biceps 45 Degree
Benefits: Develops biceps muscles of the upper arms via hyper-contraction.
Position: Both arms raised straight overhead with palms facing each other.
Execution: Bring your hands down behind your head and bend your hands as far as possible upwards at the wrist while at the same time turn your thumbs sides of your hands upwards. Flex and tighten your biceps as you move your arms and elbows to a 45 degree angle from your shoulders.

This will cause a hyper-contraction of the biceps - hold it for 2 seconds then relax and repeat for a total of 3- 5 reps or more.
