The Hikuta training is going good. I'm very impressed with your tapes. I'm not sure Hikuta is for public consumption tho! It's a very deadly art! It's subtle, comes in small, but hits like an Atom Bomb! I was just playing around with a guy I spar with in boxing and dropped him with an Hikuta strike! It did not feel like I made hard contact- but the effect was immediate! I especially like the kicks of Hikuta -they are fast and pretty much unblockable! You have done a better job of presenting the Hikuta Hand than DOK Lee! It's not that I don't respect DOK Lee, just giving credit where credit is due! I'm proud to have you as my instructor, and take pride that I'm learning from the best! I've been training Hikuta .... I think there might be something special with Hikuta. I wasn't real impressed at first, but ...practice on the spar pro dummy has convinced me that Hikuta is something special. I've been taking a JKD class with stickfighting mixed in with it. I've noticed that the straight blast in JKD and the Hikuta hand strike are somewhat similar. Except the Hikuta strike is even faster and more powerful because of the body mechanics involved.
Here's the testimonial from Perry who trained with Al, Warren, and myself this past summer ( 01):
The training was GREAT! Hikuta is a no nonsense way to protect yourself & your family. If your profession puts you in harms way; then, this is the key to your piece of mind. The power in Hikuta is real and is delivered with blinding speed.
It comes at you so fast you simply can't get out of the way and, with so much power you won't believe it. Be prepared to know what real No "BS" self defense is all about.
Everyone at the training was eager to learn and helpful. I learned a lot from not only Al Abidin but, Jack & Warren as well. I'll be attending more & more!
ATB!

From Billy Thornton:
Jack is the real deal. He works at the same place I do. Excellent all around fighter. A true hunter/shooter.
I have worked with Jack for over 12 years and he is one of the finest operators I have been privileged to work with over the years. We have sparred and grappled many times over the years. He tests what he knows against what I know.
I have learned many things from Jack and I hope he has learned a few things from me.
For a private para military unit we can do anything the military units do except parachute onto a target. Also for a non military unit we have suffered 7 fatalities since 1990 nationwide(1 in our unit). These training accidents are nothing to be bragged about but it does demonstrate the level we train at. Many of us nation wide have branched out on our own to bring affordable and quality training to civilians and law enforcement. Our unit has trained with many Spec-ops units and they are surprised at our level of skill. There are only a few hundred of us across the country which makes us a very select few.
Make no mistake about the Special Response Teams of our organization are a proud and noble group.

WITH HIKUTA YOU WILL DEVELOP KNOCKOUT POWER IN RECORD TIME!
One time I was practicing Karate with a good friend and he had a hole in his guard. I kept telling him this but he thought I was wrong. To show him I just lightly popped him in the chest with < the Hikuta Hand technique >and I knocked him out. I was amazed! I barely touched him! ... What's more, at the time I weighed in at all of 130 lbs!
Regarding Kuta Basics video (tape #2 ): Your second tape is very good. I find the three tips at the beginning of the tape very helpful. I have always found it difficult to organize my action for defense from a fell swoop. This technique makes what was impossible for me easy. ... I have a good gym in my new house. I have a bag setup like yours and I have mats to put down for grappling. It is great.

TRAINING IN THE KUTA HAND WILL QUICKLY AND EASILY GIVE YOU THE REAL WORLD EFFECTIVENESS YOU HAVE ALWAYS SOUGHT!!!
Thanks for this. I appreciate it. I have experienced a marked increase in speed and power with the first drill on the tape. I was expecting some increases after a week, but not this much. This stuff really does work. Bloody clever stuff. You keep plugging it, whatever you do! - Raymond from Ireland; 20 year martial artist, bouncer, and writer.
Just wanted to tell you that I have received the video on the Kuta hand
and viewed it last night. WOW....with your guidance on the tape I made GREAT Improvement already. I think it's an excellent tape and look forward to continuing the training with the other levels. I like the end where you actually show how to train and work on your own. Not too many instructors use this approach. This makes the student follow along. - JL
From Brent:
So glad someone is finally pursuing Hikuta (Kuta) training! I've had the Dok Lee tape/book since 1994 and wondered if the art would ever surface. I have prior
MA training in Tai Chi and Tae Kwon Do (brown belt), but found them to be lacking in real-life self-defense techniques. I never had tournament ambitions at all, only a desire to protect myself and loved ones.
WITH HIKUTA YOUR SELF DEFENSE SKILLS WILL PROGRESS AT A RAPID RATE UNEQUALED BY OTHER METHODS!!!
Within 15 min the basic Hikuta move was taught that is so quick that it is indefensible and so powerful ... one woman at 105 lbs landed a partially pulled blow to the chest of a 254 lb officer. It drove him across the room and almost knocked him off his feet. Officers held {simulated }knives and guns on the women who had only been training in Hikuta for 20 min ... could not get a shot off or effect a stabbing. Unpulled Hikuta blows will stun and incapacitate ... full force Hikuta blows crush skulls, crush chests... W. N.
